When you were 10, you don’t want to sleep

When you turn 20, can’t get enough sleep

When you turn 30, no longer able to  sleep

When you turn 80, only thing left is sleep

For past two week, I wasn’t able to get too much of it, my day started at 6am and end at 1am. Clearly it is not sustainable, therefore I start trying to adjust my schedule, but there’s just simply too much things for me to do at such short amount of times, but again, maybe it’s just the new norm.

My average sleeping time for last week was about 5 hours per day
